Refund policy
This English translation is provided for information purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version shall prevail.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code), you have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
Excluded products
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Our food supplements may therefore only be returned unopened, with their security seal, foil seal or tamper-evident seal intact.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
Inform us of your decision before the end of the 14-day period, by email to hello@vitaminec.com or by post to NutriZoé, 51 rue Anatole de Monzie, 06300 Nice, France. You may use the form below or any other statement clearly setting out your wish to withdraw. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
Returning the products
The products must be returned to us no later than 14 days after you have communicated your decision, to the address above, complete, in their original packaging and accompanied by the invoice. Return costs are borne by you.
Refund
We will refund the price of the products and the standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your decision to withdraw, using the means of payment used for the order. This refund may be deferred until the products have been received or until you have provided proof that they have been shipped. Additional delivery costs resulting from a more expensive shipping method than standard delivery are not refunded.
Damaged or defective product, or order error
Contact us upon receipt at hello@vitaminec.com, with a photo of the product and your order number. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code)): we will then replace or refund the product, with return costs borne by us.
